We had a case of everyone thinking that the other person was with Griffin moment. MiMi heard a sound coming from the utility room. She walked in expecting to find Uncle Al. (our dog) Wrong! It was Griffin knee deep in all of my craft supplies. Of course he was quiet as a mouse while rummaging through my cart full of "no-no's!" Big Poppa entered the crime scene. As he scolded Griffin for his actions Griffin put his hand on Poppa shoulder and said, "calm down." Oh no he didn't!?!
We had a party at our house last night. Griffin appointed himself head of the welcoming committee and greeted our guests with his basket of goodies. He carried his supply basket around for quite some time. I later checked out the content of his basket which included:
~ (1) matchbox car
~ (3) cheese spreaders
~ (1) mini book
~ (2) crayola colors
During the above mentioned party Griffin walked into the living where our family was eating and chatting. He was distraught and exclaimed, "OH GOOSSSHHH!" He knew that eating in the living room is a no-no!
Oh Gosh! This is one of Griffin's favorite new expressions. He uses it all the time and I must admit that I am not a fan. I could not figure out where he picked it up from..... until yesterday. MiMi Kat is the influence on this one. I caught MiMi Kat red handed saying, "Oh Gosh." MiMi was BUSTED and guilty as charged!!
We like to listen to music in Griffin's room. MiMi tried to put on a nursery rhyme CD and he told her "No, no, no, MiMi. AMEN!" In other words he did not want to listen to the nursery rhymes instead he wanted to listen to an acoustic christian CD. Pretty cute huh!?!
