Tonight we practiced
turning "3"
We let G sample a cupcake
or two,
and practiced singing
"happy birthday to you"
a fewtoo many times.
I meaning turning 3 is a really big deal
and we just wanted to make sure
that we get it right
on the big day!
Once G went to bed
I set up his place of honor at the breakfast table.
He will be so excited
to celebrate 3!
